The Ministry of Consumer Affairs received as many as 100 complaints on the first day of GST 2.0 rollout, as some companies failed to pass the tax benefits to customers, NDTV Profit reported. A team is deployed to monitor and verify the complaints on the portal. After the verification, Ministry will take class action against the companies over the matter.
