At least 12 flights were diverted from Delhi after heavy rain and strong winds hit parts of Delhi-NCR on Tuesday. Several parts of Delhi had reported waterlogging after the rainfall. Earlier, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) had issued a red alert for Delhi-NCR, forecasting light to moderate rain and the possibility of gusty winds reaching up to 70 km/hr.
