At least 13 people were killed after a massive fire engulfed a high-rise residential building in Hong Kong's Tai Po district on Wednesday, officials said. About 700 people were evacuated to shelters. The fire is believed to have started due to bamboo scaffolding and construction nets outside the building, with flames first catching the bamboo and spreading into the apartments.
