At 13, Jiya Rai swam 29 km across Palk Strait in 13 hours, battling strong winds to become the youngest and fastest female. Diagnosed with autism at age 2, she turned to swimming as therapy, later breaking records nationwide. Supported by the Navy and awarded the Bal Puraskar, Jiya now aims to conquer all seven oceans, inspiring children with autism.
