A 13-year-old boy died after being hit by a speeding Thar in Delhi's Vasant Kunj area. The boy was on his way to buy samosas when the SUV hit him from behind, throwing him off his bicycle, his family said. The driver immediately fled the scene. According to preliminary investigation, SUV was being driven rashly on the road's right side.
