A passenger bus in Sri Lanka veered off a road and plunged about 1,000 feet off a cliff near Wellawaya, killing 15 and injuring 16, including five children. The driver was speeding and lost control, crashing into another vehicle and guardrails before toppling off the precipice. Nearly 30 people were on board during the accident.
