Bus service was started for first time since independence in Mouza Ambazari and 14 nearby villages in Maharashtra's Gadchiroli district on Monday. This area was earlier isolated due to Maoist influence and lack of infrastructure, and villagers had to walk for hours to reach district centres. The new transport bus service connects 15 villages with a population of 5,000 tribals.
