A 15-year-old girl from Kangra district has given birth to a baby girl at Dr Rajendra Prasad Medical College and Hospital in Tanda, sources in the police confirmed on Wednesday. SHO Kuldeep Kumar said the minor was raped by a man, who was arrested by the police. Preliminary probe revealed that the accused is victim's uncle.
