A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of being the attacker who shot Colombian Presidential candidate Miguel Uribe Turbay in the head during a rally on Saturday. The teenager was shot in the leg while being pursued by security personnel and is currently in stable condition while Turbay's condition remains critical. The suspect was carrying a 9mm Glock-type firearm.
