At least 151 medicines from the Indian states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Telangana and Gujarat have failed quality test in a Kolkata laboratory. Central Drug Standard Control Organisation has released the list in its latest notice. List of medicines rejected in laboratory include antibiotics, cancer medicines, and even medicines for urinary tract infections, which have failed quality test.
