Nine people have been arrested in Kerala for allegedly raping a 16-year-old boy after befriending him on a mobile app for the LGBTQ community, police said. The boy was sexually assaulted over two years by 14 men, including a politician and two government employees. The boy's mother informed the police after she saw a man at their home.
