A 16-year-old girl was allegedly repeatedly raped by an employee at an HIV-infected children's shelter in Maharashtra and then forced to undergo an abortion when she got pregnant, as per police. "The institution's management...tore up a letter she'd marked for officials and...dropped into a complaint box," an official said. The shelter's founder, superintendent and two employees were arrested.
