A 16-year-old boy has been arrested for allegedly killing a girl and asking for help with disposing of the body on an Instagram video chat in Pennsylvania. Police said the boy, Joshua Cooper, showed the body's legs covered in blood during a video call to an acquaintance. A girl's body with gunshot wound was later found at Cooper's house.
