Gujarat Police arrested 17 people after members of a community allegedly vandalised a police chowki, and later set another police chowki on fire in Godhra on Friday. The violence reportedly erupted after police "summoned" a man to warn him over posting communally provocative social media posts. A total of 88 people were booked in connection to the incident.
