A man, identified as Arshkrit Singh, has been arrested for the alleged murder of an 18-year-old Delhi University student, Mehak Jain, at Sanjay Park in Mehrauli. The victim's sister said the accused was stalking her for over a month. She added that the accused confessed to police officers that he strangled and stabbed her before setting her body on fire.
