A 19-year-old teen has been arrested after he hit a 68-year-old woman crossing the road while jumping a signal in Kerala. The man, identified as Emmanuel, fled the spot after hitting the woman who fell after the incident. She suffered a head injury and is currently undergoing treatment at a hospital. Police arrested Emmanuel using surveillance footage from a bus.
