A two-and-a-half-year-old boy died after falling into an open drain in Delhi while playing amid heavy rainfall on Saturday, police said. A video of the incident has surfaced wherein the child can be seen trying to retrieve a ball from near the open drain before falling in. The boy was pulled out of the sewer and was later declared dead.
