A Bengaluru techie, Srinath, was murdered in Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, by his cousin Prabhakar, who had taken ₹40 lakh from him, promising to double the amount. When Srinath asked for his money back, Prabhakar and an aide killed him and buried him inside a house. Bengaluru Police traced them using mobile data, recovered the body and arrested both accused.
