Two autistic brothers were sexually assaulted and physically and mentally tortured by a caretaker at a boarding school for kids with special needs in Uttarakhand's Dehradun, their mother alleged. The 29-year-old caretaker has been arrested after the children informed their mother that he beat them with an iron rod and burned them with cigarettes, India Today reported.
