Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday said two cloudbursts were reported in Basukedar tehsil of Rudraprayag district and in the Dewal area of Chamoli district. He informed that families were trapped under debris. "I am in constant contact with officials and have issued necessary instructions...to ensure the effective conduct of rescue operations," he added.
