At least two people died in a landslide in Mumbai's Vikhroli after heavy rains lashed the city, leading to waterlogging at several places on Friday night. The India Meteorological Department has issued a red alert for Mumbai, warning of extremely heavy rainfall at some places after several areas recorded more than 200 mm of rain in the overnight rainfall.
