A small private aircraft crashed in US' North Carolina, leaving two people dead and one seriously injured. The incident occurred after the pilot tried to avoid a turtle on the runway. An eye witness said he saw the pilot lift the wheel to avoid the turtle. He then saw the plane's wings begin to rock back and forth.
