A violent clash broke out between two groups on Friday night in Maharashtra's Kolhapur, which led to stone pelting and vandalisation of several vehicles. "Due to a misunderstanding between two communities near CPR Hospital, a tense situation had arisen. The police reached the spot and took action," Kolhapur SP Yogesh Kumar Gupta said. The situation is now peaceful, he added.
