A Qatar Airways and a El Al flight recently came within one minute of colliding at 35,000 feet in the airspace overseen by Mumbai's air traffic controller, a report by Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau has revealed. The incident took place on 24th March, 2024 and as per the report, no cockpit alerts were activated to pilots of the two planes.
