US Vice-President JD Vance remarked that the peace deal between Russia and Ukraine has stalled due to two issues. "One issue is territorial...Russians want about 6,000 or so square kilometres that they have not yet conquered through military force," Vance said. He added that Ukraine has sought security guarantees "whether from the Europeans or somebody else."
