Two undertrial prisoners escaped the high-security Choudwar circle jail in Odisha's Cuttack district by scaling boundary wall when staff and other prisoners were celebrating Dussehra. The prisoners were arrested for looting a jewellery shop and murder of two persons in Jajpur district. A chief warder and a warder of the jail have been suspended over "negligence in duty".
