Two Spanish nationals allegedly fled to their country after making objectionable graffiti on the walls and train coaches at the Yamuna Bank Metro Station in Delhi. The police will now issue a Look Out Circular (LOC) against them. The suspects scaled a 15-foot wall and entered the restricted area on the night of July 23 and 24, according to police.
