A two-year-old girl, Veda Vikas Kajare, suffered serious injuries after being attacked by a stray dog in Maharashtra's Thane. The incident was captured on CCTV. Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Rohidas Munde said stray dogs in the area are out of control and warned, "If TMC does not act, we will collect all dogs and release them at the civic office."
