A Durga Puja pandal in Jharkhand's Ranchi has been designed on the theme of 'gurukul' system, using around 21,000 books. "Every year...we try to do something different," said the committee. The books used in pandal include religious texts like Mahabharat as well as a copy of Constitution. This theme aims to encourage reading and awareness of religious texts, they added.
