Chander Parkash, a 22-year-old UPSC aspirant became the first contestant on 'Kaun Banega Crorepati 16' to become a crorepati. Parkash, who hails from Jammu and Kashmir, gave correct answer for the ₹1-crore question "The largest city in which country is not its capital but a port with an Arabic name that means abode of peace?" The correct answer is Tanzania.
