A 22-year-old man and his 17-year-old girlfriend climbed on a police jeep in Kota and created a ruckus. A video showed them intoxicated and doing inappropriate acts as the crowd gathered around them. The couple reportedly started running after seeing the police, following which the police followed and detained them. However, instead of getting inside police vehicle, they climbed it.
