Manipur Police have arrested 23 people after a mob tried to storm residences of state ministers and MLAs including the residence of Manipur CM N Biren Singh while protesting against the death of six hostages. The protest erupted after the bodies of two women and a child, missing from a displaced persons' camp, were recovered from Barak river in Jiribam.
