Twenty-three BJP MLAs of Manipur have resolved to form a popular government in the state that has been under President's rule since February. This came after the MLAs reportedly met at former minister Thongam Biswajit Singh's residence on Friday. This came days after 10 NDA MLAs met Manipur Governor Ajay Bhalla, saying they have 44 MLAs' support to form government.
