A 23-year-old Indian-origin store clerk, Meer Patel, was arrested for stealing $1 million-lottery ticket in US. After a customer bought two tickets at a gas station and handed them to Patel, the latter paid him $40 and threw the other one. He later took the ticket out of trash and was seen celebrating on learning that it was $1 million-winner.
