A 24-year-old motorcyclist, Timmappa Shantaraj, died after a speeding water tanker rammed into his bike near Oshiwara Aashiyana Society, Jogeshwari (West), Mumbai. The tanker driver fled but was caught by police. The accident occurred on Dec 2 at 8 am, and the driver has been charged with rash driving and causing death by negligence. Investigation continues.
