As of June 21, a total of 247 victims of the Ahmedabad Air India plane crash have been identified through DNA tests. A total of 232 bodies have been handed over to the kin and the process is continuing, officials said. Reportedly, of the 247 bodies identified, 175 were Indian, 52 British, seven Portuguese, one Canadian, and 12 non-passengers.
