One person has been detained after police discovered a 25 feet tunnel that was dug from a rented room to steal diesel from an HPCL pipeline in Jaipur's Bagru area. Action was taken after HPCL officials reported a drop in pressure in the pipeline, raising suspicion of possible fuel theft. Police also discovered several drums filled with stolen diesel.
