EAM S Jaishankar, in his address to the Rajya Sabha, said the Modi government, through bilateral agreements and understandings, was able to bring back terrorists from key countries under the extradition process. "Tahawwur Rana, wanted for 26/11 (2008 Mumbai terror attacks), has been brought back by the Modi government (from the US) and is facing trial in India," he said.
