The Bombay High Court has revived the stalled trial of 26/11 Mumbai terror attack handler Abu Jundal, quashing a 2018 order that halted proceedings seven years ago. Justice RN Laddha ruled the trial court had "completely misdirected itself" by demanding unrelated arrest documents under Section 91 CrPC. Jundal allegedly trained attackers, taught them Hindi, and briefed them on Mumbai's layout.
