A 26-year-old man identified as Taufeeq has been arrested for allegedly pushing a 19-year-old girl, Neha, to death from the roof of her residential building in Delhi. Taufeeq allegedly told police he entered her house wearing a burqa to hide his identity. Neha's family has denied reports of her romantic relationship with Taufeeq, stating she used to tie him rakhi.
