Twenty-nine world leaders, including Chinese President Xi Jinping, are expected to attend World War Two Victory Day commemorations in Moscow in the coming days, Yuri Ushakov, a Russian foreign policy adviser, said. The events will run from May 8-11, with the military parade on May 9. Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, will reportedly represent India at the parade.
