At least four people were killed and several others injured after a cloudburst struck the Ghati area of Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua district. This marks the second such incident in the Union Territory within four days. Earlier, at least 60 people lost their lives and dozens were injured when a massive cloudburst triggered a flash flood in Chashoti village.
