Over 3,200 employees at Boeing's Missouri and Illinois factories will go on strike from Monday after rejecting the company's latest four-year contract offer. The strike affects units that build fighter jets like F-15 Eagle, F/A-18 Hornet and missile systems and will mark the first strike in Boeing's defence division since 1996. The workers have rejected Boeing's proposed 40% wage hike.
