The Jharkhand government on Monday announced a three-day state mourning from August 4 to 6 after the demise of the state's former Chief Minister Shibu Soren. During the state mourning, flags will fly at half-mast in all offices and all state government offices will remain closed on August 4 and 5. Shibu Soren passed away at age 81 in Delhi.
