Three days after IPS officer Y Puran Kumar shot himself at his Sector 11 residence, his family said the post-mortem and cremation would be held only after the FIR is amended to include the names of DGP Shatrujeet Kappor and SP, Rohtak, Narender Bijarniya, as the accused and the sections applied are changed to reflect the crime committed.
