At least three people died, and a house was swept away after flash floods hit New Mexico's Ruidoso on Tuesday. Ruidoso Mayor Lynn Crawford said several bridges in the area got damaged after water in the Rio Ruidoso river rose over 19 feet in just a few minutes. Many people trapped in their homes were rescued during the floods.
