At least three Palestinians were killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli attack near an aid distribution site in Gaza operated by US-based Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, local health authorities said on Monday. This comes after an attack near same aid distribution centre killed over 30 on Sunday. Israel said troops had fired warning shots "to prevent several suspects approaching them".
