34 Indian fishermen from West Bengal were arrested by the Bangladesh Navy near Mongla port for allegedly crossing into Bangladeshi waters while fishing. The trawlers, FB Jhar and FB Mangalchandi 38, were seized. The West Bengal govt and Indian Embassy in Dhaka are working for their release.
