Tamil Nadu government found over "350 minor and major violations" at Sresan Pharma's state manufacturing unit, after its cough syrup 'Coldrif' reportedly claimed lives of more than a dozen children in Madhya Pradesh, as per reports. Violations include using raw material not of pharmacopoeial grade and failing to document the manufacturing process. All Sresan products have been banned, report said.
