Milind Kulkarni, a 39-year-old man, died of a heart attack during a morning workout session at Nitrro Gym in Chinchwad. He collapsed while walking to the water cooler and was rushed to Yashwantrao Chavan Memorial Hospital (YCMH), where he was declared dead on arrival. Doctors revealed he had 60-70% arterial blockages, which may have gone undiagnosed.
